- Interview with LandeLight leadership
- CORI (Background check)
- Licensed Nursing verification
- Nurse Aide Registry verification
- Professional reference checks
- Tuberculin(TB) testing
- Medical/Physical Occupation Health Assessment

Services
Skilled Nursing (RN & LPN)
Our Licensed nurses are skilled in pain and symptom management related to chronic and acute on chronic health issues. We can incorporate routine monitoring of vital signs and assess/observe for medication side effects. We can maximize medication efficacy by facilitate understanding of medication side effects and life style modification. Our licensed nurses are also capable and highly competent in providing wound and ostomy care.
Home Health Aide (HHA) & Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
HHAs and CNAs can assist you with activities of daily living.
Mobility: we can support you with target mobility support or something more substantial: dependent.transfers and/or bed mobility. We can support feeding needs, implementation of established Home Exercise Program (HEP), and monitoring for changes in condition - all while reporting to the appropriate delegate to keep you or your loved one safe and comfortable, minimizing disruption in his/her life.
Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
We provide non-medical personal care services which are designed to support individuals: Daily hygiene, grooming, dressing, transport to appointments, and medication reminders.
